Thank you for subscribing to the Audyx Premium Package. We are committed to providing you with the best audio streaming experience. Please review our refund policy below:

1. General Terms

All products offered through the Audyx platform (https://audyx.id) are digital products in the form of service access (subscription). Due to the nature of digital products that are instantly accessible after a successful transaction, all purchases are final and cannot be canceled or refunded (non-refundable).

2. Exception Conditions

Refunds may only be considered under the following technical conditions:

• Duplicate Payment: Your account is charged more than once for the same transaction due to a payment system error.
• Activation Failure: The transaction is marked as successful by the payment gateway, but Audyx fails to activate the premium features after a technical investigation within 2 x 24 hours.

3. Refund Request Procedure

If you experience any of the conditions above, you may submit a refund request by following these steps:

• Send an email to support@audyx.id with the subject: "Refund Claim - [Transaction ID]".
• Attach valid proof of payment (transaction screenshot or payment confirmation email).
• Attach proof of the issue (e.g., screenshot showing your account is not upgraded to premium).

4. Refund Process

If your request is approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method or via bank transfer within 7–14 business days, depending on the policies of the bank or payment gateway provider. Any administrative or transfer fees incurred during the refund process (if any) will be the responsibility of the user.
