By accessing and using Audyx, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Audyx is fully operated and managed by PT Novatera Creative Network.
Audyx operates on a "Freemium" model. Free users may receive advertisements while accessing content. Users may purchase a Premium Package to enjoy an ad-free listening experience. All subscription fees include applicable taxes (if any).
Nature of Product: As Audyx Premium Packages are digital products that are accessible immediately after activation, all completed transactions are final.
No Refund Policy: We do not provide refunds or credits for any subscription period that has already been paid, except in cases of technical issues caused by our system that result in complete inaccessibility of the service.
All audio content, logos, and technologies within Audyx are owned by PT Novatera Creative Network or our licensed partners. Users are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or using any content illegally.
